Registration

• 1f. Member Rate - New to Hydro – $500.00
  Special price for members who are new to hydro.
  This discount is available to new hires who joined the hydro industry within the past two years who have not yet attended an NWHA event and are members of NWHA.
  (email chivan@nwhydro.org if you didn't get the registration code to secure this rate).
• 1g. Onsite Registration Member – $775.00
• 1h. Onsite Registration Non-Member – $875.00
• 2a. Exhibitor - Premier Hallway Booth – $3,500.00
  Exhibitor registration includes one complimentary registration to the conference. Register using the information of the person attending.
  
  Exhibitors receive a 10’ wide x8’ deep booth space with draping, a 6’ banquet table, carpet, and two chairs. If electricity is needed, exhibitors can purchase access for $300.
• 2b. Exhibitor - Premier Corner Exhibit Hall Booth – $2,750.00
  Exhibitor registration includes one complimentary registration to the conference. Register using the information of the person attending.
  
  Exhibitors receive a 10’ wide x8’ deep booth space with draping, a 6’ banquet table, carpet, and two chairs. If electricity is needed, exhibitors can purchase access for $300.
• 3a. Event Sponsor – $2,000.00
  General Event Sponsorship includes one complimentary registration to the conference, logo placement online, and on-site materials. Register using the information of the person attending.
• 3b. Headline Sponsor – $5,000.00
  This is the premier opportunity to get in front of the entire conference to give a curated 2-minute welcome to all attendees and is hands-down the most impactful way to go beyond advertisement by humanizing your organization and giving it a gravitas not available with other sponsorship opportunities. In addition to the welcome, the organization will receive top placement on all marketing materials, a single logo on on-site sponsor thanks slides, and a larger logo on all materials.
  
  Headline Sponsor includes two complimentary registrations to the conference. Register using the information of the person attending and we will send you a registration code for the second attendee.
• 3d. Reception Sponsor – $3,750.00
  Select to be the Presenting Reception Sponsor at the evening reception on either Monday or Tuesday with logo placement at the event, at bars, at food stations, and thanks from NWHA President preceding event. Work with NWHA to create fun and themed sponsor recognition posters at the reception stations or bar. Also the ability to either be at a food station or bar to allow for a brief interaction with attendees for additional exposure.

• 3g. Welcome Coffee Sponsor – $1,500.00
  The Sponsor has the option to provide a custom 20x30 sign at the coffee station. NWHA can help coordinate to match the theme. Sponsors are encouraged to attend and hand out coffee mugs to attendees to welcome them and have a brief interaction with attendees.

• 3h. Session Sponsor – $1,000.00
  Sponsor a session. Logo placed on intro slide, and online in conjunction with the session, as well as the opportunity to welcome attendees to the session, and introduce moderator, and/or provide pens/notepads for the session.

• 3j. Afternoon Break Sponsor – $1,500.00
  The Sponsor has the option to provide a custom 20x30 sign at the break station.

• 4a. Speaker Registration – $300.00
  Speakers please register for the reduced rate to attend the conference. If you will only be attending your session, please reach out to Chivan@nwhydro.org for guidance on how to register

  If you will only be attending your session, please reach out to Chivan@nwhydro.org for the registration code.
• 5. Student Rate – $50.00
  Discounted rate for students/professors only. Proof of school attendance is required, please email proof to chivan@nwhydro.org. This rate is not for those already working in the industry or pursuing advanced degrees.
